With a bottle of Spanish Rioja rosado, we tried out some of the new summer menu items along with some classic favorites.
Starting at the top right, the southern style Spanish gazpacho was cool and refreshing. On the middle row, the creamy Burrata salad was delicious as was the ceviche with avocado. The la plancha style Portuguese octopus with green zhug and Spanish chorizo was both savory and filling. We finished with the watermelon salad with feta cheese, red onion, parsley and black olive; a classic Mediterranean flavor combo that paired nicely with the wine.
This was my first trip to Ibiza but it won't be the last. Our service was excellent, the food was delicious and the prices were reasonable; Ibiza is a recommended Houston lunch destination!
